CHRONESTHESIA

the psychology term Chronesthesia is a synonym for mental time travel that enables reconstruction of personal stories from the past and imagining of possible scenarios of the future. Under the quarantine in the spring of 2020, in the midst of unforeseeable present and future circumstances, Chronesthesia becomes a tool allowing the mind to multiply existing subjective realities derived from the past. The project is an attempt at visual expression, dealing with individual perception of perspective of time, orientation in future and extension of existence itself.
